The case, Shirley Wayside Limited Partnership vs. Board of Appeals of Shirley, 461 Mass. 469 (2012), was selected for inclusion in the Flaschner Judicial Institute's publication of significant appellate decisions for 2011-2012. It was also covered by the Associated Press, the Lowell Sun, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Bay State Builder, and my law school's magazine, The Reformer.
I was interviewed on WSMN 1590 Radio where I discussed boundary disputes between neighbors with host Kevin Willett. Click here to listen to the 15-minute interview.
I presented at a real estate investors' meeting regarding property boundary disputes and access issues, and regarding title issues including undischarged mortgages, encroachments, and petitions to partition.
I participated in a panel discussion at the Massachusetts Bar Association regarding Article 97 of the Massachusetts Constitution. Click here to view the discussion.
